The Edmonton Oilers and forward Jesse Puljujarvi have agreed to terms on a one-year deal worth $3 million.

The 24-year-old was drafted fourth overall in the 2016 NHL Draft which saw Auston Matthews, Patrik Laine and Pierre-Luc Dubois go top 3.
"Jesse Puljujarvi, signed 1x$3M by EDM, is a top six two-way forward who is a very strong forechecker but whose lack of finishing touch and passing ability has limited his upside since returning to the NHL."
Last season with the Oilers, Puljujarvi had 14 goals and 22 assists for 36 points in 65 games.
