It's no surprise the Flyers are going to be sellers at the deadline. On Tuesday January 7th NHL analyst Emily Kaplan lists the Flyers trade pieces.

Kaplan went on to list James van Riemsdyk, Ivan Provorov, Nick Seeler and Kevin Hayes.
There have been multiple teams linked to Hayes who still has 3 years left on his current deal at $7.1 million, even though they would have to retain some salary they could get a pretty decent return for him.

The more likely forward to get trade no doubt is JVR, he's a big guy not scared to get to the front of the net and could play a pretty good depth roll with a contending team. After this year he would become a Unrestricted Free Agent.
Ivan Provorov could also be a good addition to a contending team as he is currently ranked 3rd in the league in blocked shots and can provide offence as he has 19 points this season. His salary is something to question as he is making $6.75 million a year, but if the flyers are willing to retain some cap, this could be a solid pickup for a team at the deadline.
And Nick Seeler, he's not on a crazy contract as he's making $775,000 a year and isn't a crazy offensive player but doesn't mind to throw the body around.
