The Philadelphia Flyers and Phillies will now be butting heads over air-time!
There will be a change in the Philadelphia Flyers' home opener against the Vancouver Canucks on Tuesday.
What is the reasoning? On the same day as the NLCS, the Phillies will host the Arizona Diamondbacks, and the Lincoln Center will host Mexico and Germany. There will be a start time of 8:07 p.m. for the Phillies.
Three fan bases attending each game could reach 125,000 in total. Traffic like that is staggering.
Consequently, the Wells Fargo center will open its doors Tuesday at 4:30 PM and fans are encouraged to take the SEPTA to the Flyers game, in order to reduce traffic congestion.

The Wells Fargo Center will also keep its bars open post-NLCS for Phillies and Diamondbacks fans.
There will be a pre-game block party near the 111th Street side of the Hall on Thursday from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
With the team's first win of the regular season being a 4-2 victory over the Columbus Blue Jackets, they will hold a public practice on Monday at 11 am, a day before home opener.
The event is free and open to the public!
