As the Flyers strive to cleave a new identity in the NHL, they will look to step it up during the 2023-2024 season.

Rebuild and Refresh

Given the rebuild, winning may be a bit difficult with the roster they have. While they hope to win the lottery, they will strive to build a winning team from scratch.
The Flyers are most likely to offload Carter Hart next.

Carter Hart's Destinations
A team that would make sense for Carter Hart to end up with is the Los Angeles Kings, who could land him with a 2024 1st round pick and a Future Sixth Round selection.
Hart could be traded by the Kings for a 1st round pick, though their goalie depth is arguably limited.
Hart could be traded for some of the Kings' top prospects if the Kings do not part with their 1st round pick.
Trade #2

A first-round pick in 2019 who hasn't performed well could be dealt, such as Alex Turcotte. Turcotte could be given a fresh start by Philadelphia since the team is focused on winning and not developing players.
Adding Turcotte for Cart Hart would allow the Kings to add an additional Future 2nd and 7th-round pick.
Besides being able to play in the Flyers system right away, Turcotte could also play in the top six.
Trade #3

If Hart and Konecny were to be taken off the Flyers' hands, it could lead to a major deal between the two teams. Nevertheless, they could gain two 1st round picks for Konecny and Hart, as well as Alex Laferriere, a 3rd round pick, the Kings also like but haven't been able to develop, since they're focused on winning now.
The Flyers in contrast have the time to develop Lafrierre so he can be an NHLer.
As a whole, all three trades have the same goal: rebuilding into a winning franchise.
