The answer on the Top-6 could come from Vegas for the Flyers

We slowly but surely heading into Free Agency. Of course, Chuck Fletcher will have a LOT of work to do to improve his team. At his end of the season press conference, the Flyers' GM emphasized on the importance of adding some talent to his team.
The best answer for this in obviously Johnny Gaudreau. But in the case the little forward doesn't sign with the Flyers, another option could become pretty interesting for Fletcher : Reilly Smith.
Of course, he's not a game changer by any kind, but he'll add some well-needed depth on the top-6. He was struggling with injuries this season, as he only played 56 games.
According to Jesse Granger, it would take a 4-year deal at 4.7M$ for the Golden Knights to retain Smith. It's not a lot, but they are in cap hell, so it's a big amount for them. He'll surely ask for more on the open market, but at least, Chuck Fletcher must take a look at him.
