The real reason why Hart maybe moved revealed?
Now that the Flyers have moved Ivan Provorov to the Columbus Blue Jackets, rumours were flying around Twitter and the rest of the Internet that Carter Hart was next to be moved. Many people were convinced it was going to happen, however, nothing transpired in the hours after the deal was completed.
There seems to be a consensus that the reason why the Flyers are considering moving him is that they have another goaltender in their system that will be knocking down the doors very shortly and that happens to be KHL goalie and Flyers prospect Ivan Fedotov.
Fedotov poorly made the news after dodging the Russian military after the invasion of Ukraine began. After a few months, he was in the service and began his participation with the armed forces ice hockey championships in Saint Petersburg and will complete his military service.

At 26 years old, he is one of the best goalie prospects in the NHL and signed an entry-level deal with the Flyers before his arrest.
Many NHL teams are in dire need of a starting goaltender. Carter Hart would fulfill that and give a team to go for it all. With Fedotov, Errson and Sandstrom in their systems, the Flyers could move hard for a significant price and get assets that they need to continue their rebuilding phase.
We will need to see if Danny Briere is willing to make this move and continue his creative ways in his vision.
