The season of this Flyers' defenseman could be over

That's a bad news.

Nick Seeler, who was preferred to Keith Yandle to complete the 3rd defensive pairing with Ronnie Attard, injured himself against the Maple Leafs on Saturday.

According to Mike Yeo, he is week-to-week with a lower-body injury and may not play again this season. The Flyers wanted to give him some opportunities until the end of the season because they were thinking about extending him for next year.




Also, Zack MacEwen suffered a "head injury" after his fight with Wayne Simmonds on Saturday. Thus, he will miss a second game in row tonight. The team will take their time with him so there's a possibility that he will not return to the lineup this year if we read between the lines.
