The Vancouver Canucks have not exactly lit the NHL up starting this new 2022-23 season. They have lost all four of their games (one in overtime), but the pathetic thing is they blew leads in all the games.

The Canucks penalty-kill is at a horrid rate of just 57.1 percent, 31st in the league.

It's the NHL... it's what happens when a team starts losing inexplicably. It's almost always the head coach taking the brunt of blame. Whether that's fair or not is irrelevant.
It's all about winning, and thus far the Canucks haven't figured that out.
