It's been reported as of late that the Flyers have kicked tyres on Carolina Hurricanes defenceman Anthony DeAngelo.
DeAngelo, 26 was drafted in the first round in 2014 by the Tampa Bay Lightning and has played for the Hurricanes and the Rangers where he famously become known as a locker room cancer.
He had 51 points in 64 games with Carolina last year, establishing himself as a well rounded puck moving defenceman.

Since the departure of Shayne Gostisbehere the Flyers have been seeking to fill that void and may have found their guy.
Back with the Rangers, DeAngelo famously got into a fight with goalie Alexandar Georgiev as well as being an avid Twitter diva.
Despite this, he is a talent that many teams need. Safe to say with Torts, none of his antics would slide.
