Brassard, 34, was traded to the Edmonton Oilers by the Philadelphia Flyers who received a fourth-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft

The Flyers retained 50 percent of Brassard's salary.

Tonight, he will once again be a healthy scratch. He only played 15 games to end the regular season and only played once since the beginning of the playoffs.
