Tortorella Openly Reveals He's Pissed At One of His Players For Odd Reason
With the hiring of John Tortorella, Philadelphia Flyers fans expected some controversial comments to be made this season. Tortorella's coaching style and personality has always been VERY blunt, but many alongside myself believe that his blunt style has benefited the Flyers in many ways.
His recent comments on Flyers forward Noah Cates are sure questionable though.. Noah Cates recently spoke during the Flyers media interviews and stated he doesn't take a day off, and practices each and every day.
Tortorella, who's a big believer in taking days off to rest was not a fan of Noah Cates' comments, and fired back.
"It pisses me off that he's out on the ice. I'm gonna outlaw those skates because now it's routine for those guys and it's just so wrong.

Cates is just 23 years of age and is spending his first season up with the big club, and hopes to excel his game. What's the big issue with that to Tortorella? It's truly unknown, but questionable. Noah Cates responded to Tortorella's comments:
