Tortorella keeps comments in check regarding a Flyers prospect.
Head coach John Tortorella has seen it all this year with the Flyers. Through thick and thin, the dismal start to the season and then the resurgence just after the new year, he has seen this team progress and regress constantly.
As the season winds down to a close, Torts will look at options in the AHL on the Phantoms to see where they would fit in the lineup next year.
One such player he has his eye on is Flyers prospect forward,
Tyson Foerster. Forrister quietly made his debut last week and certainly has shown the offensive upside that he will bring.
Torts decided to keep his comments in check as he wanted to temper his expectations of what he's seen.

John Tortorella: «I've said it many times with this kid Tyson. I'm trying to be careful, but each time I watch him I sayman, there's another piece that maybe falls into place next year for us.»
He's trying to be careful, Torts seems to be quite excited with who he has in front of him with Foerster.
The 21-year-old right winger has played six games, has scored one goal with four assists for five points and is a + 1. He was drafted in the 2020 NHL draft first-round 23rd pick overall.
My gut tells me that he will make the team next season and be on the Flyers lineup as part of this rebuilding phase the team is going through at the moment.
