Travis Sanheim had a great first game with Team Canada at the World Championship

The World Championship began today in Finland. The only Flyer that accepted an invitation to the tournament is defenseman Travis Sanheim who plays with Canada.

Team Canada had their first game today and won 5-3 against Germany. Travis Sanheim spent 19:02 on the ice as he was paired on the team's 2nd duo with Damon Severson. Sanheim collected 1 assist and finished the match a plus-1 differential.

Canada's next game will be held on Sunday against Italy.
