The men's Olympic group stage began last night, as two Flyers prospect shone.

Ivan Fedotov, a goaltender selected in the 7th round of the 2015 Draft, was perfect for Team ROC as he posted a shutout against Switzerland. He stopped all 33 shots aimed towards him.
In the USA-China game, Noah Cates scored a goal in a 8-0 win for the United States. Coates, a 6 foot 1 forward, was a 5th round pick back in 2015. Cates is also wearing a letter for Team USA, and it's not a surprise for Chris Peters, a prospect analyst.
The United States will be back in action tomorrow against Canada. The ROC will play tonight Danemark.
