USA Up 2-0 at the End of the Second Period

USA adds another goal to end the second period and are up 2-0 against Sweden. Matt Coronato scores off the turnover with 14:23 left in the second period for his third goal of the preliminary round. Not exactly the scoring frenzy we are used to from USA, but a good game thus far. Both teams are undefeated, and it certainly is showing. Sweden has one of the best goalies and USA with a balanced attack.
USA just knows how to play this game. They came out hungry in the second period.

An offense and defense that has been stellar so far in the tournament for USA. It is going to be very difficult to defeat this team. USA with 30 shots compared to Sweden's 16.
That being said, Team Canada just finished up there match up with a 3-0 win. Looking forward to seeing USA VS. Canada.
