Video Footage Shows The Flyers Embarrassingly Leaving Carter Hart Out to Dry Before He Was Replaced by Samuel Ersson
In recent weeks, there was a sense that the Flyers were turning a corner with their team and beginning to make a push toward a wild card spot. Their play began to improve, they were beginning to score goals in bunches. However tonight against the Seattle Kraken the Flyers looked more like the old Flyers of earlier this season.
Numerous players were out of their positions and not committing to the defence that head coach John Tortorella preaches.

The Flyers appeared listless in this game, especially in the first period and the goals were coming fast and furious. The Flyers offered no support for Flyers starter Carter Hart who was hung out to dry.
The Kraken, scored five unanswered goals before Travis Konecny put in his 25th at the beginning of the third. Torts had seen enough and he replaced heart with underused goaltender Samuel Ersson who hadn't started since January 19th.
Here's hoping the Flyers can move on from this clunker, and get back to what they were doing a few weeks ago.
