Wade Allison Still Not Signed- but why?

The Flyers organization has done a ton of signings. Morgan Frost being one of them, along with some other players who have a 2-way contract. One of the big surprises who has not been signed of yet is Flyers forward Wade Allison.
A player who has Top 6 upside and bring an incredible toughness to the team. He can score, he can fight, and he flies around like a torpedo out there.

Allison who was hit with injury early on last season has not played much with the club. He sustained a leg injury early on during rookie camp with the Flyers when they took on the Rangers. A game where he was not needed to play. Allison went in awkwardly into the boards and we hadn't seen much of him since.

With that being said, he is still a prime player in the Flyers organization. A player that actually has shown promise and high upside. He would have been first on the list of players to resign, other than Owen Tippet.
So, what is the hold up? Do they not trust him? Is he not staying healthy enough for the Flyers organization? Are the Flyers just going t let him walk? Only time will tell, but i would resign him immediately and not make that mistake.
We don't want to another Patrick Sharp or Justin Williams situation on our hands.
