Will Carter Hart be traded soon? Awaiting results of the 2018 investigation
The Philadelphia Flyers have been committing to the big R word Rebuild ever since Danny Briere took the reins as General Manager of the team.
Since Danny Briere took over, there has been no guarantee of protection for Carter Hart from being traded. Briere has made it clear that he is willing to listen to any offers in order to acquire assets, prospects, and draft picks to improve the team.
There is, however, a tendency among teams not to touch Hart before the WJC 2018 scandal has been resolved, and that is understandable.
So far, there have been no conclusive answers regarding the degree of culpability to be placed on any of the players, and as of yet, all we have is speculation as to their involvement.

"Until the full report of the 2018 WJC team is released, teams will be hesitant to trade for Carter Hart."
- Craig Button
It is expected that Briere will get a haul for a goalie who is still capable of becoming the starter he was meant to be in the NHL.
As Hart is still 24 years old, he owns a career SV% of .906, and he owned a .917 SV% in his rookie season, which was a career-high.
Hart's next team is likely to be a big success if all goes well for him.
