With Anze Kopitar's signing and Pierre-Luc Dubois' signing, the Los Angeles Kings made quite a splash this post-season. Cam Talbot between the pipes solidified the goalie ranks for the team.
They view themselves as contenders, so they may not be done yet.
Travis Sanheim would be an excellent addition to the Kings if they are able to reach the playoffs, as their main rival is the Edmonton Oilers. With a young defensive core and a strong depth at center, the Kings can afford to add another piece.
They will still have a third-pairing spot to fill next season since Sean Durzi will be heading to Arizona and Brandt Clarke perhaps won't make the team.

As the Flyers and Kings are already trade partners, Sanheim may be the best candidate to fill the Kings' needs.
In 2022-2023, Sanheim had an off-season and will try to improve his situation. A fresh start may be beneficial for him. Would he waive his no-trade clause if he was traded to a contender such as the Los Angeles Kings?
