Hockey is back, and fans can now watch their favourite team(s) on TV or live in person. If fans choose to watch in person, there are certain general preventative measures they should always remember, one of which is to never attend a hockey game on an empty stomach. Most teams charge $7 for a bottle of water and $12 for a slice of pizza; at those costs, you can only speculate what alcohol and hamburgers would cost.
Only one club has charged greater than that, and that team is the Edmonton Oilers, whose finances are significantly cheaper than those of American-based teams since $10 in Canadian money is equivalent to $7 in American dollars.
