Former Philadelphia Flyers forward Zac Rinaldo recently took to Twitter to express his thoughts on teammate Sean Couturier's rehabilitation progress. Couturier, who underwent his second back surgery, has missed the entire season. However, Rinaldo believes that the forward needs to return this season to reward himself for all the hard work he has put into rehab.

Rinaldo's tweet shows the support and encouragement that former teammates can provide, even after years of separation. It also highlights the challenges that professional athletes face when dealing with injuries and the mental toll it can take on them.
I think it's a huge step for him if he comes back and plays a couple games. He's worked so hard to rehab and get back to this point, playing some games will be his reward for his hard work. All the power to him !!
Couturier is a vital part of the Flyers' lineup, and his return could provide a much-needed boost to the team's playoff hopes. It remains to be seen if Couturier will return this season, but Rinaldo's tweet serves as a reminder of the camaraderie and support that exists within the hockey community.
