"The Philadelphia Flyers are getting ready for their matchup against the Montreal Canadiens and it's going to be a tricky series. Flyers' head coach Alain Vigneault along with assistant Michel Therrien have a good history of mind games with Canadiens' head coach Claude Julien. It seems those games will continue. AV told the media on Monday that pretty much everything will be kept secret moving forward. Specifically all forward lines and defensive combinations. Any lineup changes up front or on defense will only be revealed during puck drop. With Jakub Voracek a game time decision for Game 1 along with James van Riemsdyk and Shayne Gostisbehere being healthy scratches for at least one game each during the round robin this is quite the strategy. What do you think of AV's plan?
For strategic purposes, Flyers will keep line combinations to themselves moving forward before each game. — Jordan Hall (@JHallNBCS) August 10, 2020
