"The Philadelphia Flyers have the day off before they take on the Tampa Bay Lightning tomorrow in their final round robin game. In the meantime, general manager Chuck Fletcher is still working the phones and taking care of his roster. Fletcher announced that the team has loaned forward Linus Sandin to the SHL for the start of the 2020-21 season. Sandin played all of last year with HV71 of the SHL and registered 19 goals and 17 assists. The move allows Sandin to get some hockey in before the delayed NHL season likely starts around December or January and he'll report to Flyers camp.
Transaction: We have loaned right wing Linus Sandin to HV71 of the Swedish Hockey League (SHL).
