"The Philadelphia Flyers are expected to go through a bit of a facelift this summer, to what extent we'll have to wait and find out. General manager Chuck Fletcher started it off before the summer as he traded Wayne Simmonds to Nashville at the deadline. He's added the negotiating rights to pending free agent Kevin Hayes since then and has placed his 1st round pick at the 2019 NHL Draft on the block. Fletcher was hoping to move the pick but right now it doesn't sound like it'll happen. The Flyers held a press conference on Monday to touch base with the media and Fletcher revealed there hasn't been much interest from other teams for the pick. It seems Fletcher will have to get a bit more creative if he wants to get busy.
