Philadelphia Flyers general manager Chuck Fletcher got the offseason going this week. Fletcher acquired the negotiation rights for pending free agent Kevin Hayes. Many expected a deal to get done quick because of Hayes' previous relationship with new head coach Alain Vigneault. However now speculation is building that those negotiations might not be working out as planned. Have negotiations fallen apart already? It's hard to know, but the Flyers might still be locked in on Toronto Maple Leafs forward Nazem Kadri, and Sam Carchidi of Philly.com labels him as an excellent "Plan B" if the Hayes push completely falls apart. The Leafs are up hard against the cap and could potentially move Kadri for the Flyers first round pick and one of the many Flyers prospects. Kadri would be a great fit for the Flyers as he plays a rugged two way game and is just one year removed from back to back 30 gaols seasons and is signed at an affordable $4.5million cap hit for the next three years.Would you rather have Kevin Hayes or Kadri?
