The Philadelphia Flyers had an offensive outburst last season as all things came together for the guys up front. It's hard to follow up such production sometimes, but with the addition of James van Riemsdyk without subtracting away any players, it's totally plausible the Flyers keep pace. TSN's Travis Yost graded the "Top 6's" across the NHL and had some pretty strong praise for the Flyers combination:"Philadelphia is another notable standout. The Flyers' offense should be nothing short of ridiculous this season — they are returning three forwards in Claude Giroux, Jakub Voracek and Sean Couturier who all finished in the top 30 in scoring last season. Add another year of playing experience for youngsters Travis Konecny and Nolan Patrick, plus a 36-goal guy in James van Riemsdyk, and you have attacking options flooding the lineup." That analysis came without Yost including Wayne Simmonds who scored 24 goals in 75 games last year and had two 30 goal seasons the two years prior. Are you on the same page with Yost's comments?
