The Philadelphia Flyers are hoping to pick up where they left off when the 24 team playoff starts up. Philly was one of the hottest teams in the league when play shut down even while they were dealing with a couple of tough injuries. One of those injuries involved young defenseman Philippe Myers. The 23 year old was having a break through season and had registered 16 points in 50 games so far this season but unfortunately suffered a fractured kneecap in March. Thanks to the NHL season being paused, it's given Myers plenty of time to heal and rehab. According to Sam Carchidi of the Inquirer, Myers has fully recovered from the injury and is ready to go for the playoffs. It'll be interesting to see if AV gives him the trust back that Myers had earned during the season or if he'll lean more on his veteran defenseman. Either way it's great news that Myers will be on the roster and ready to contribute.
