HUGE NEWS In FLYERS NATION.The Philadelphia Flyers and general manager Chuck Fletcher have decided to fire Dave Hakstol and go for the home run by hiring Joel Quenneville. Three time Stanley Cup champ Quenneville accepted the job however it's unknown if he'll be able to join the team on Tuesday for the Flyers game against the Red Wings. It was rumored that former GM Ron Hextall was asked to make this move but refused which led to his firing. Hakstol only has one season left on his five year contract.
