"For the moment it looks like Anthony Stolarz might be the Philadelphia Flyers starting goalie for awhile.
However Chuck Fletcher was brought in as GM to change things up and one of the things on his ""To Do"" list is to upgrade and solve the goalie situation.
We've heard some possible solutions including Sergei Bobrovsky, Jonathan Quick and Jimmy Howard, some better than others.
NHL insider Elliotte Friedman mentioned somebody else that could be a very interesting solution.
Friedman in his latest ""31 Thoughts"" column labeled Chicago Blackhawks starter Corey Crawford as a possible trade target. Crawford will be UFA after the 2019-20 season and carries a $6million cap hit.
Crawford currently has a 3.20 goals against average and .903 save percentage in Chicago who have been having the biggest disaster of a season across the NHL.
Getting Crawford would be a good temporary solution and buy Carter Hart a bit more time.
Crawford does carry a 10 team no trade list.
Do you think the 33 year old would be a good temporary fix in between the pipes?"
