"The Philadelphia Flyers have been depleted by COVID over the last two weeks and it showed when they had to ice a really thin lineup in Lake Tahoe against the Boston Bruins. Boston had no problem putting the Flyers away with a 7-3 win and it's now two loses in a row since the team has returned from their quarantine week. With a game against the New York Rangers scheduled for tomorrow, the Flyers finally got some good news. Captain Claude Giroux has been cleared and will jump on the ice for practice today. Giroux hasn't played since February 7 against the Washington Capitals. The 33 year old has 11 points in 13 games, unfortunately that only includes one goal. Regardless of stats, it's good to see the Flyers captain healthy and ready to hit the ice.
