BREAKING Flyers Send Two Players To AHL.

"The Philadelphia Flyers and general manager Ron Hextall announced some afternoon roster moves on Wednesday. Hextall announced that both forward Tyrell Goulbourne and goalie Alex Lyon have been loaned to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.Tyrell Goulbourne wasn't able to get any NHL action after being called up by the Flyers, he's currently got three points in seven AHL games so far.
Lyon was called up after Brian Elliott and Michal Neuvirth had to deal with some injury troubles, Neuvirth has been placed on IR but Elliott seems good to go. Like Goulbourne, Lyon didn't get any NHL action during his call up, the 25 year old goalie has a 2.68 goals against average and .934 save percentage in three games so far this season.
ICYMI: The @NHLFlyers have loaned forward Tyrell Goulbourne and goaltender Alex Lyon to the #LVPhantoms. Both will rejoin the team on its current four-game home stand that includes two games this weekend.
