It's been an up and down storyline to follow and it sounds like it's come to an end. NHL Insider Bob McKenzie reports that the Philadelphia Flyers and general manager Chuck Fletcher have locked up forward Kevin Hayes. According to McKenzie it's a seven year deal that carries an annual $7.14million cap hit. It's big money for a guy who's only scored 20 goals once, however he could possibly fit perfectly into the Flyers second line role. More to come from the team later today.
