"The Philadelphia Flyers and general manager Chuck Fletcher surprised a lot of people yesterday with a roster move. The team placed youngster Nicolas Aube-Kubel on waivers hoping that he would make his way to the AHL. Today Aube-Kubel found out where he would be playing next and he won't have to make a big trip. Aube-Kubel cleared waivers and will make his way to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms for Phantoms training camp.
