"The Philadelphia Flyers have traded Wayne Simmonds to the Nashville Predators. The deal was made last minute, so details weren't available immediately. Now it's confirmed that Simmonds was moved for Ryan Hartman and conditional fourth round pick, if the Predators win a playoff round it'll be changed to a third round pick.
