The Philadelphia Flyers took a beating at the hands of the Winnipeg Jets on Sunday by a score of 7-1. Michal Neuvirth made his return to action playing in his first game since October 27th, and he looked like a goalie who wasn't ready to return. Neuvirth let in three goals on 10 shots before being pulled from the game in favour of Anthony Stolarz who let in four goals on 25 shots. It's well known that new Flyers' general manager Chuck Fletcher is expected to solve the goaltender problem as one of the main priorities on his "to do" list. The Flyers were linked to Sergei Bobrovsky earlier in the season when Ron Hextall was still GM, and the team continues to be attached to him. Chris Johnston of Sportsnet reported over the weekend that while it's unlikely Columbus is willing to trade Bobrovsky to a division rival during season, the Flyers are expected to make a big run at him during free agency this summer. While Bobrovsky would definitely be a short term solution, the 30 year old goalie is looking for a long term contract similar to that of Carey Price and that would definitely push prospect Carter Hart to the side for at least the next five years. Would you be willing to sign Bobrovsky even if it meant not seeing Carter Hart for a long time?
