The Philadelphia Flyers need some help on defense and they might have found their solution. It's obvious that Robert Hagg and Erik Gustafsson are barely getting the job done and might present a problem come playoff time. That appears why the Flyers might be targeting one of the Nashville Predators trade chips. The Preds are looking to move out some pieces when the trade deadline comes around and that includes defenseman Mattias Ekholm. He would arguably be the perfect fit for the playoff run and would be a great carry over for next year with a $3.75million cap hit. The only problem with an Ekholm deal would be that he would be an extra defenseman the Flyers would need to protect during the expansion draft but that's a worry that general manager Chuck Fletcher could put on the back burner until then. Would you like to see Ekholm in a Flyers' uniform?
