If there's one recent trade Philadelphia Flyers' fans would like to see erased and reversed, it's probably the Brayden Schenn trade. While the Flyers weren't exactly targeting Jori Lehtera in the trade, the forward being more of a salary dump, he's still kind of been a disaster since coming over. The 29 year old forward looks like he'll be on the move again, if anybody wants him, according to NHL Insider Pierre LeBrun on a recent edition of "Insider Trading". "The Flyers are willing to listen on him. They're not out there shopping him aggressively, but certainly given their depth up front for the right offer [he could be had]. He's got another year on his deal at $4.7MM, that might scare off some teams."
Despite having 44 points during his rookie season in 2014-15, Lehtera has never been able to come close to that mark again. To make it even worse, he's currently on pace for his worst career season as he's only registered two assists so far this season in 17 games. While he might not have any value at the moment considering he's been a healthy scratch more than once, if he can string together a couple of good games between now and the trade deadline, he could get some attention from a team looking for depth at center heading into the playoffs. Would you like the Flyers to get rid of him or do you think he still has potential?
