Flyers Rep Issues Statement Regarding Hakstol.

There was a huge report on Sunday night that the Philadelphia Flyers had fired head coach Dave Hakstol. To top it off the report claimed that the team had hired Joel Quenneville to replace him, something Flyers fans had wanted ever since Quenneville was let go in Chicago. However Sunday afternoon, Quenneville denied that report and said he was enjoying time off skiing in Colorado, while planning to take time to evaluate his future and would wait for an opportunity that gives him a chance to win right away. Now the Flyers released a simple statement to ESPN in regards to the reports."Dave Hakstol is our coach."
The Flyers against Detroit on Tuesday and have a regularly scheduled practice Monday at the team practice facility.More to come.
