"One of the extreme bright spots from this past Philadelphia Flyers season was without a doubt, Sean Couturier. The forward hit a career high 76 points which included a career high 31 goals. Great news as the 25 year old had never crossed the 40 point plateau before or scored 20 goals. Unfortunately for Couturier he suffered a tough injury at the hands of teammate Radko Gudas at practice during their first round playoff matchup. The Flyers forward suffered a torn ligament in his right knee, but toughed it out anyway and was still one of the Flyers best players in the playoffs. Luckily for everybody involved, the rehabilitation is right on track. ""It's better now. I started walking normally again"" he said Tuesday in an interview with Hockey 360 in Quebec. ""I did some rehabilitation, and if everything goes as planned, I should be able to resume everything as I normally would in two or three weeks. "" ""I always take a little rest, it'll just be a little longer this time. But in the end, I will still have about three months of preparation for the next season"" he said.Couturier still has the Flyers elimination on his mind after putting up five points in the elimination game. ""It was hard to accept,"" the 2011 first round pick admitted ""Now we're watching games and imagining playing them instead. It hurts a little to watch. At the same time, I think I gave everything I could to the team. We will learn from that and come back a better team. ""
