We've heard it almost every offseason for the last couple of years, will the Philadelphia Flyers trade Wayne Simmonds?Simmonds is a warrior, wears his heart on his sleeve and is one of the Flyers most popular players. So why trade him?Simmonds is one of the few true power forwards left in the game and comes at a bargain price tag of just $3.975million. However there's no denying his body is breaking down at 29 years old. Derrik Bobb of USA Today points out that Calgary Flames defenseman Dougie Hamilton is likely to be on the block this summer and would help boost the Flyers blueline. Hamilton can play defense and put up points, he's hovered around the 40-50 point mark for the last four season. Bobb suggest the Flyers could land him for Simmonds and one of their two first round picks going the other way. Hamilton could step up and play on the first power play unit beside Shayne Gostisbehere and take Claude Giroux away from the point. Do you think this would be a good move for the Flyers?
