The Philadelphia Flyers are in the midst of another up and down season. After putting together a nice stretch of games, the Flyers have lost three games in a row. While there's various issues the Flyers are dealing with that lead to their inconsistency, there's one that glares out and it's the team's disgusting penalty kill. After finishing third to last on the penalty kill last year, the team currently sits in last place having killed only 68.6% of their penalties so far this season. Jamey Baskow of the PhillySportsNetwork says enough is enough and it's time to let go of assistant Ian Laperriere who has taken care of the penalty kill since the 2013-14 season. Today's game is based on speed and quick passes and the Flyers penalty kill is way to passive to break anything up. Baskow states that if Laperriere isn't willing to adopt an "attack style" to his penalty kill, then it's time that general manager Ron Hextall let's him go. Do you think Laperriere should be let go?
