Must see pass by TK to Tippet for Flyers game winner

The Flyers organization has moved on from the trade deadline and have focused their attention on the stretch run and attempt to lock up a playoff spot.

After a disappointing game being shutout by the Lightning, the Flyers took to the ice against the lowly San Jose Sharks where Travis Konency displayed his skills with a beauty of a pass to Owen Tippett.


That goal was the winning goal as the Flyers won 3-2 and was a great response after a tough game and seeing their coach ejected . With Tippett locked up for the foreseeable future, many expect an extension announcement soon for TK.


This player needs to be part of the team's future as he has played 60 games, 27 goals and 29 assists for 56 points and is a plus +15.

As the extension would only come this summer as he has one year remaining in his deal, many hope that it will be a reality. The Flyers will be hosts to the Toronto Maple Leafs on Thursday March 13th and game time will be 7:30pm.
