Report: Flyers Preparing For Potential Wayne Simmonds Trade.

"It's something that we've heard for what feels like two full seasons now, the Philadelphia Flyers might be trading Wayne Simmonds. Unfortunately for Flyers fans, it's starting to look more like reality than rumor right now. The Athletic's Mike Russo reports that the Flyers are getting ready for a potential trade right now. Simmonds of course is on the final year of his contract and will likely be looking for a T.J Oshie type deal ($5.75million X 8 years), something that might be too rich for the Flyers blood. He has a 12 team no trade clause so it basically eliminates half the league, however there's been no confirmation yet that the Flyers have asked Simmonds to provide said list. Simmonds was extremely banged up last season but still put up 24 goals.Would you be sad to see Simmonds go?
