Report: Flyers Showing Interest At Bringing Back Jeff Carter.

"The Philadelphia Flyers are in the midst of a playoff push and are pretty serious about locking up a spot. We can expect general manager Chuck Fletcher to make a move at the trade deadline with the Flyers making a push. Could they bring back an old friend?According to John Clark of NBC Sports Philadelphia, the Flyers have made inquiries about bringing Jeff Carter over from the Los Angeles Kings. Carter recently hinted to Flyers rink side reporter Taryn Hatcher that a return to Philly would be interesting. "I mean, I don't want to leave L.A., I'll tell you that right now," he said. "But like I said, I loved playing in Philly."
The Kings are trying to deal anybody they can before the deadline and Carter lacks any sort of trade protection on his contract.
