There's some recent reports that the Philadelphia Flyers and Travis Konecny are close on a deal. Those reports indicate that Konecny would touch $4.5million a season leaving around $8.9million for fellow restricted free agent Ivan Provorov. However according to Brian Hedger of the Columbus Dispatch that still wouldn't be enough. Hedger reports that Provorov's camp is looking for $10million a season! This is a huge ask by the defenseman who has just three NHL seasons under his belt. Dave Isaac of the Courier Post says he hasn't heard that rumor from any of his sources and it would be an "unrealistic" ask by Provorov's camp. Would you be willing to dish Provorov that kind of money on an eight year deal?
