"Philadelphia Flyers general manager Chuck Fletcher has been revamping his defense so far this offseason and added his second line center in Kevin Hayes. However Fletcher still needs to address his backup goalie situation. The Flyers acquired Cam Talbot last season and was an interesting move considering the relationship he's got with Carter Hart. Many are hoping that Talbot sticks around instead of hitting the open market this summer, however Talbot wasn't too happy with the lack of games he got to play after coming to Philly. It seems that Talbot is willing to listen to Philly but they're currently in a bidding war with one Western Conference team. Frank Seravalli of TSN reports that Talbot's camp continues to listen to Philly but is leaning toward signing a deal with the Calgary Flames. Would you like to see Talbot stick around?
Cam Talbot is mulling over his options. He's kept in touch with #Flyers, was pitched by a new team today, but the smart money would be on a return to Alberta ... with the #Flames. — Frank Seravalli (@frank_seravalli) June 25, 2019
