"The Philadelphia Flyers broke out last night with a big 6-2 win against the Vegas Golden Knights. While the score might make the game look more lopsided than it actually was, it was the offensive explosion the team was waiting for. During Monday afternoon head coach Alain Vigneault blew up his lines and among his new combinations was rookie Joel Farabee making his NHL debut on a line with Kevin Hayes and Scott Laughton. While Farabee didn't register a point during his 14 minutes of ice time, he looked good and Vigneault was impressed. "You can tell he's a smart player," Vigneault said. "Everybody's talking about his puck skills and what he can do offensively, but defensively he seems like a very smart player. I thought that line tonight with (Kevin Hayes) and Scott (Laughton) played extremely well at both ends of the rink and Hayesey was able to find the back of the net tonight."The Flyers now head to Chicago where they'll play the Blackhawks on Thursday and Farabee will likely stick with Hayes and Laughton.
