The Philadelphia Flyers' prospects Denver Barkey and Oliver Bonk won the championship series of the OHL as they play for the London Knights. For this reason, both prospects will play in the 2024 Memorial Cup. The Memorial cup is the top club tournament in junior hockey.

The teams that will participate in this tournament are the QMJHL's Drummondville Voltigeurs, the OHL's London Knights and the WHL's Moose Jaw Warriors. All three teams swept their respective league championship series which allow them to advance to this tournament and they will join the host Saginaw Spirit of the OHL
Of all of the teams in this tournament, the Knights include the most NHL prospects with 10, which include two Flyers ( Denver Barkey and Oliver Bonk) and two first-round draft picks. The two first-round picks are Flyers Oliver Bonk and Maple Leafs forward Easton Cowan. The Flyers also have prospect Alexis Gendron, a forward who is playing for Drummondville Voltigeurs (QMJHL champion) in this tournament. This tournament will begin play on May 24.
