Flyers stud prospect continues to shine in the OHL

With the Flyers still reeling from the news of losing Cutter Gauthier due to an unusual set of circumstances that no one seems to know why, the Flyers have some good news in their prospect pool that will give their future a brighter look.

Oliver Bonk, the son of former Ottawa Senators Radek Bonk, has been lighting up the OHL with the London Knights. The numbers are quite impressive as he is making an impression to being part of the Flyers next season.
The 19 year old who was chosen in the 2023 entry draft in the first round, 22nd overall has played 33 games for the Knights, have scored twelve goals with 32 assists for 44 points and has 20 penalty minutes. He's also a + 5.
Bonk, who is considered a shutdown defenseman who stands at 6'2» 176 lbs Has found his scoring touch and will give the Flyers more offence on the back end. It remains to be seen how long he will stay with the Knights, but it's likely after he will be making a case for the Flyers next season.
