The Flyers ride into the second week of January with a three-game win streak, including their most recent win on Saturday night against the NHL's best Winnipeg Jets. Could Danny Briere and the Flyers front office be cooking up another trade?

Briere and the Flyers seemingly shocked the world last Monday night as they traded top prospect Cutter Gauthier for defenseman Jamie Drysdale after Gauthier said he didn't want to be a Flyer.
On Sunday night, the Flyers were among eight NHL teams that had representatives in attendance in Toronto for the Maple Leafs v Detroit Red Wings game according to editor-in-chief of The Fourth Period, David Pagnotta.
As the Flyer sit in third place of the Metro Division, only four points out of first place with a shot at the playoffs. Going into the season, most predicted that Briere and the Flyers would be sellers at the deadline. It will be interesting to see if that is still the case if the Flyers are in the same position come Friday, March 8.
Will the Flyers be looking to pickup another diamond in the rough like Sean Walker, or will they be looking to acquire young assets and picks in exchange for high-value guys like Carter Hart?
